Who are they?
Gabriel’s family run business - MG Construction is based out of Alpharetta, Georgia (that’s just outside Atlanta). They specialize in masonry and a range of general construction work.
Why they chose us
Gabriel was previously crushing with a budget skid steer crusher bucket that didn’t fit his needs anymore. He decided he needed an upgrade. That’s when Machinery Partner stepped in! Gabriel first found out about us through Facebook and whilst he had never bought machinery online before he decided to give us a call.
Gabriel was also sold on our prices and our ability to remotely service his machine. This meant that if anything were to go wrong we would either talk him through fixing the problem himself. If the problem was more complex - we could get a service tech onsite as soon as possible.
How it went down
Gabriel spoke with Chandler - one of our Machinery Partner experts - and they worked out that the best crusher to fit his needs would be the ARK KJ-503.
This compact crusher was perfect for Gabriel as it was able to make short work of rock, concrete, demolition waste, stone and granite. It was also able to crush 3-4 times more than his current one and it was comparable to a new large crusher bucket at $85K. It’s compact size also meant that he would easily be able to transport his new crusher from site to site.
Gabriel chose Machinery Partner for his new equipment due to the availability of the crusher at the lowest price compared to any dealerships in his area. He ordered the ARK KJ-503 crusher. The compact tracked design was ideal for him as it allows him to move it quickly between job sites.
Results
Delivery day was big event for Gabriel and all his crew were there - including all his nephews and sons! Our Machinery Partner experts Chandler, Jordan and Ben were onsite too to get the new KJ-503 set up.
During set-up we found a broken sensor that was damaged during shipping (these thing happen!) but we ordered a replacement on the same day and had Gabriel’s machine fixed in no time.
Gabriel loves his new crusher and Chandler regularly catches up with him.
